3D Printing & Scanning

Imagine - Design - Create

Here at RNR Manufacturing, we can help you from start to finish with virtually any project. With a multitude of materials available on hand along with various types of machines, we have created an all-in-one suite to serve our customers for a wide range of applications and industries. Whether your looking for a single piece or large volume manufacturing, we our your rapid prototyping & manufacturing solution. We provide product production like traditional methods but without the high costs.

Types of Printing Methods:

* FDM: Using thermoplastic filament, which is melted and extruded layer by layer. It’s recommended to use this process for first-run prototypes or for home/light use products. Surface finish is not perfectly smooth but may contain some slight ridges, which can be discussed during consultation. With 4 different materials and over 30 colors, many of our customers products have been produced through this process with excellent quality and success.

* SLA: Utilizing a tank filled with liquid resin into which a platform slowly sinks and then rises while a UV light hardens each layer. The process repeats until the 3D model is complete. It is slight more expensive in comparison to FDM printing, but it’s highly recommended for high-resolution prototypes. Surface finish is near perfectly smooth but may contain some slight opaque coloring, which can be discussed during consultation.
