No one likes backorders less than we do, but it is just part of an inventory-based business. We will do our best to keep backorders to a minimum. If an item is out of stock at the time of order it will automatically be placed on backorder. The invoice located in your order will notate any items that were out of stock at the time of shipping. The unavailable items will be backordered unless otherwise specified on your order form or verbally to a sales representative when placing an order by phone. Back orders are usually shipped when products arrive at our warehouse without prior notification. RNR Manufacturing, LLC will make an effort to contact the dealer if the backorder is more than 90 days old. If you wish to cancel a backorder, please notify our customer service team immediately. The dealer will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and freight charges if the backorder is canceled or returned after the items are shipped.
RNR Manufacturing, LLC offers items with color matching. As a result, slight color variations may occur especially amongst certain products. Slight color variations do not constitute a defect. Therefore, products are not eligible for return due to color differences. RNR Manufacturing, LLC is able to provide color samples for many items affected by color match issues, please contact our customer service team during business hours to request a color sample. Subject to color sample availability. Color samples may not be available for all products.
Prices listed on our website are current and supersede all prices in any previous or current printed publication. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. In the unlikely event of damage during transit to your items. Notify our customer service department during business hours within two (2) business days of receiving your items to ensure a prompt replacement of damaged goods. Accurate instructions will be given on damaged goods replacement. RNR Manufacturing, LLC is NOT responsible for damages if no notification is given within two (2) business days of receipt of goods (excluding Sundays & Holidays). In most cases, RNR Manufacturing, LLC will file a claim with the shipping carrier. RNR Manufacturing, LLC will not be held responsible for replacing damaged products and the customer will be responsible to pay for any replacement until the carrier has paid the claim. Please follow these instructions to avoid any problems or miscommunication associated with damaged products and freight claims.

While most products we offer are eligible for a discount, some products may be discount exempt. All refused COD orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. RNR Manufacturing, LLC will consider the entire order canceled and void with no notification to the customer. Products may be returned for a full refund, credit or exchange within 15 days of receipt – No Exceptions. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee after 5 days. Should you need to return a part for a refund, exchange or credit, please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number and instructions. If any product is modified, altered, painted, installed or disassembled in any way without the expressed written permission of RNR Manufacturing, LLC, the item is non-returnable. RNR Manufacturing, LLC always recommends professional installation on all products. Any item which has been altered, painted, installed or deemed non-resalable by RNR Manufacturing, LLC will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. RNR Manufacturing, LLC is not responsible or liable for labor fees associated with the installation, removal, modification, painting, or repair of any product purchased regardless of the circumstances. RNR Manufacturing, LLC is not responsible for any damage or discoloration incurred in relation to chemical products being used including cleaners, waxes, polishes, paints, etc. Special Orders - Will not be returnable or refunded. However, sometimes restrictions will apply. Certain products in our line will not be eligible for the maximum percentage advertised. Orders shipped outside of Arizona may be exempt from sales tax. Arizona residents are required to add the appropriate current sales tax. Due to regular variations in Arizona sales tax, rates are subject to change without notice. Arizona orders are subject to tax on handling fees, COD fees, and rush fees. This additional tax will be applied the to invoice.
