Availability: the availability of all parts is subject to change without any prior notice. That’s just part of the business.
Backorders: no one likes backorders less than we do, but it is just part of any inventory based business. We will do our best to keep backorders to a minimum. If an item is out of stock at the time of order it will automatically be placed on backorder.
Manufacturing: is there something you don’t see in our catalog? Email us at email@example.com. We are always interested in new projects to add to the extensive line-up.
Ordering: orders may be placed by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or placed through our website.
Payment method: we accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover & American Express. Lines of credit or 30/60 day net terms are not excepted. We are not a bank.
Pricing: pricing is subject to change with prior notice. We strive to keep the pricing on the website up to date but on occasion manufacturer price increases happen with little or no notice. Parts are priced as each unless noted!
Warranty: unless noted all products in this catalog that are manufactured by RNR Manufacturing LLC carry the a lifetime limited warranty. We will replace any item that is defective for exchange only. We will not accept returns on any item that has been improperly installed or modified. Our liability is limited to replacement of the defective part only.
Returns policy: written or oral authorization must be given on any item you wish to return. No allowances will be made after an item has been installed or altered in any way. No goods are returnable after 15 days - no exceptions. When returning items be sure to properly package them adequately and provide enough insurance to cover damage.
Special orders: will not be returnable or refunded. Please contact us if you have any questions about a special order before you place the order.
Damages: make certain you inspect all packages in the presence of the driver/carrier. If you receive a package that has been damaged or opened, make a claim with the driver/carrier at that time. All claims of loss, concealed damage, or other destruction must be made by you with the carrier. Save all boxes and packaging materials, as the carrier may want to inspect it. Any shortages must be reported within 72 hours.
Shipping us: we ship by USPS or FedEx in the continental U.S.A.. Please be sure to provide a street address where deliveries can be made and the driver can get a signature. No po boxes. We ship Monday through Friday.
If you are local and wish to pick up your parts, you need to place the order and arrange a time to pick up your parts at our office. Please contact us to let us know that you are coming.
Shipping international: customs duties and import fees to your country will vary and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office for more information. Freight fees will vary depending on what parts are ordered and the size of the box(es). For international shipping please specify air mail or surface shipping. Add approximately 25% for surface and 35% for air mail. Some countries have maximum allowable lengths of 40" or 70".
Liability: RNR Manufacturing LLC shall not be liable in any way for damages, loss, injury, or other claims, resulting from the use of misuse, or inability to use any our products. Buyer assumes liability of any kind connected with the use or application of our products.
